  1. I am in a defining period of shifting how I show up for myself, my family/people I care about and the world. Your platform has been so reinforcing. Love the information shared from normalizing moderation foods, maintainable lifestyle, emphasizing health vs thinness, Mental shift away from learned ideals about our bodies and letting go of the idea that mom has to be perfect. Awesome content!
