Being a pregnant & postpartum athlete used to mean there was no relatable information out there for how to train during this period of our lives. When I got pregnant for the first time, there was simply no relatable information for female athletes who want to train through their pregnancy and make a return to training as new mothers.

It was for this reason that I started the Pregnant & Postpartum Athlete. In this episode, I dive into what P&PA is all about and what makes it different from what exists elsewhere.

I cover how fitness culture leaves pregnant and postpartum athletes with a lot of questions and misinformation and how your mindset and training should shift during pregnancy and postpartum. Plus, we cover what professionals I recommend during this stage of life.
