It’s easy to get consumed by the current season you’re in, without being able to zoom out and acknowledge the big picture desires and goals, which influence the choices of the current. Pregnant and postpartum athletes become incredibly overwhelmed by how much change is happening to their body, their brain, their lifestyle, etc, and there can be a desperate attempt to maintain, and hold tight to everything they know instead of being able and willing to adapt.

This is the episode that every pregnant and postpartum athlete (and those who coach them) needs to understand about their training and approach to this season on behalf of their lifetime of athleticism.
