This is probably one of the most special episodes I’ve had, and one that every single pregnant athlete can benefit from listening to. I interviewed my sister, from the hospital while she was in early labor. I swear she was OK with us in order to help pass the time. Her water unexpectedly broke at 37 weeks exactly, surprising us all!
We talked about her training through pregnancy, especially because so much of it was shared on my platforms. We discussed the different symptoms she had, what we did about them, and her overall approach to navigating this chapter as a CrossFit athlete and soon to be mom. Her baby was born about 12 hours later.
