In this episode with my sister, she provides a super vulnerable conversation about the struggles of returning to work full-time, her challenges with exclusively pumping, and why for the first time ever, she truly does not have the mental or physical capacity to exercise. Desiree has felt alone in her struggles, given the “fit mom” culture and bubble we are part of, and in this season, she’s learning where she fits in, and what she needs to do to navigate all the transitions as a new mom, professional and CrossFit athlete.
