Brianna Battles – Founder & CEO, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism

Brianna Battles is the Founder and CEO of Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism, an internationally recognized education platform and certification program for coaches and athletes navigating the physical and mental transitions of motherhood.

What began as a local coaching initiative has grown into a global brand offering courses, fitness programs, continuing education, and a supportive community for athlete moms and the professionals who work with them.With a Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Brianna is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has completed numerous continuing education courses and mentorships in the fields of women’s health and performance.

Brianna has coached thousands of athletes—ranging from recreational to elite professionals—across a wide variety of sports and disciplines. She is known for her philosophy that “athleticism doesn’t end when motherhood begins,” and for her leadership in bridging the gap between athletic identity and the realities of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.She is also the co-founder of Battles Jiu Jitsu and actively trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When she’s not coaching or teaching, Brianna loves lifting, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
