Alicia McKenzie is a mom, athlete, entrepreneur and all around badass. On this episode, we talked about her finding CrossFit in the early days of CrossFit, and getting pregnant a few times during her time as a competitor. She now considers herself a fitness generalist and has been able to evolve her relationship and approach with fitness to complement the season of life she’s in and wants to be in.
